Responsabili Scientifici e Coordinatori dei Programmi VEQ sono il Dott. Matteo Simeoni (biotecnologo, ricercatore, CNCF) e la Dott.ssa Ilaria Pati (biologa, responsabile del Settore Emovigilanza e Sorveglianza Epidemiologica dei donatori di sangue, CNS).
