The 16th edition of the international seminar and training course promoted by the EuBIS Academy in collaboration with the National Blood Center (CNS) was held in Rome last 5 to 7 November.
The seminar titled “The Risk‐based Approach. From the Design to the Implementation of the Quality System ”, based on the framework of previous EuBIS training courses, intends to pursue the objectives of the EuBIS program and to promote “good to best practices in transfusion medicine”. This course will also address the topic of the new regulation on “Standards of quality and safety for substances of human origin (SoHO) intended for human application“, approved last July by the European Parliament
